Who is your Safety Coordinator?

Paul Hanson is our Safety Coordinator. Paul provides each project with a safety plan specifically tailored for the type of construction, tools being used, materials handled and equipment that will be on-site.

Do you drug test your employees?

Yes. All Tapani Plumbing employees must take pre-employment, random and post accident drug testing.

Do your employees regularly attend safety education classes?

All of our employees attend the following safety education classes:

  • New employee training/orientation
  • Weekly safety meetings
  • Annual refresher/recertifications for:
    • Forklift and scissor lift
    • First-aid and CPR
    • Excavation and trench safety
    • Fall protection training

 Are there any other members of your organization that have OSHA certifications?

Yes. Ten of our leads and foreman are OSHA certified.
