Senior Estimator

 

As Senior Estimator, Ed uses his extensive field experience to provide accurate cost estimates for Tapani’s premier commercial plumbing systems.

Ed has worked for Tapani Plumbing for over 17 years. Prior to his promotion, Ed earned his journeyman plumber tenure. He supervised 6 to 12 highly skilled journeyman and aprentice plumbers. In 1999, his hard work and dedication to his craft earned him his Senior Estimator position at Tapani.   

Ed’s responsibilities are diverse, and his attention to detail is paramount. As such, Ed bids on projects ranging from $10,000 to over $10 million. He takes into account every detail of the project to assure the bid is accurate and meets bid deadline. The people he works with recognize his outstanding work ethic.

Ed currently supervises two other Tapani Plumbing estimators and helps develop relationships with general contractors. As an outstanding leader and team player, Ed works efficiently and effectively with his estimating team to produce accurate and consistent bids. As a result, Ed’s estimating team quickly develops a trust with the general contractors. This trust allows projects to quickly move forward when Ed’s team passes down an accurate and on time estimate to the project managers.

In his spare time Ed is a beekeeper and an avid fisherman.
