General Manager

As General Manager, Paul provides outstanding oversight and management of the day-to-day operations at Tapani Plumbing.

Paul has over 24 years of plumbing industry experience. He earned his journeyman plumbing tenure in 1990. After several years of working extensively in the field for Tapani, Paul was promoted to superintendent. In 2000, he was promoted, once again, to General Manager.

It’s Paul’s impeccable work ethic, thorough knowledge of the plumbing industry and credibility with his colleagues that have earned him his position at Tapani Plumbing. He supervisors approximately 100 employees, and it is his fairness, problem solving and trouble shooting skills that make him a respected leader.

In addition to his supervisory responsibilities, Paul is responsible for the continued profitability of Tapani Plumbing. Paul’s long-standing record of excellence and comprehensive knowledge of the plumbing industry is why he has earned the position of General Manager at Tapani Plumbing.
