We teamed up with LMC Construction to complete the plumbing aspect on this project.
Highlights
- Maple Lane consists of 7 apartment buildings and 1 community building with a total of 171 units.
- The construction is slab on grade with wood framed structure and the piping is ABS for the DWV and PEX for the water system.
- Groundwork was started in August of 2022 and we are currently in the finish stage with hopes to wrap up by the end of 2023.
