We teamed up with Pence Construction to complete the plumbing aspect for this project.
Highlights
- 7- story apartment building- consisting of 248 units and 2 levels of below grade parking
- Contains inlet drain pipes around the perimeter of the 1st parking level so in the event of a flood water will be able to flow into the parking garage to keep the building from floating
- On the 2nd level above grade there is a courtyard that contains a pavilion and a swimming pool
